Our team has brought teams into the 21st century such as swapping to GIT, adding automated tests, and automating builds. For instance, for one of our apps we push the code to GIT; wait a couple minutes for Jenkins to run the test suite and create a build; upload the build to TestFairy; and the next time we open the app we have the updated version.
